Eurocell Hydro is a sterile Nonwoven Fabric dressing with highly absorbent and conformable Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) fibers.

In the presence of exudate, it quickly forms a compact biocompatible gel that helps maintain a moist environment to facilitate the wound healing process and facilitate removal of devitalized tissue without damaging the newly formed tissue.

It holds the exudate between the fibers and does not release it.

Available in various formats and tape.

Indications:

• Leg ulcers, pressure ulcers (stage II-IV) and diabetic ulcers.
• Cavity wounds
• Surgical wounds.
• Superficial and partial thickness burns.
• Traumatic wounds.
• Exudates absorption in oncology wounds (eg, Fungating cutaneous tumors, cutaneous metastases, and Kaposi’s sarcomas).
• EUROCEL HYDRO ® CMC Dressing can be left in place for up to 7 days where clinically indicated (except for burns, where it can be left in place for up to 14 days).
