Silvermed is a sterile island dressing with a central highly absorbent non adherent pad with silver. Thanks to its metallic silver micronized net, it preserves the wound's microenvironment, stimulates the development of granulation tissue and acts as an antibacterial for wounds, ulcers, pressure sores, burns, minor abrasions and donor sites. Silvermed is hypoallergenic, air-permeable and allows skin transpiration with a painless removal. The high conformability of the elastic backing material enables the plaster to fit to the skin and irregular anatomical parts of the body to the maximum degree. The dressing doesn't release any residues of Ag on the wound.

Indications:
