VULNOMED is a sterile isotonic saline spray solution based on Silver Salt and Aloe Vera for skin cleansing, irrigation and hydration. It is indicated for acute and chronic wounds, dermatological lesions of varying etiology, intact or injured skin surfaces. It completely and thoroughly cleans the damaged skin and the neighboring area. It may be helpful in the debridement of the crusty necrotic tissue.

Ingredients:
Sodium chloride, desyl glycolate, silver chloride, aloe vera extract, purified water.
Directions for use:
Clean the desired area with sterile gas and then spray the solution directly onto it. If needed, repeat this treatment 2 to 3 times a day prior to any type of dressing application.
This product can be used in any position and direction. (360-degree swiveling sprayer)
